It is extremely important that all emails and IC posts are marked with turn dates. T1.1, 1.2, 1.3 etc.

This is the only way for all players and the DM Team to be able to ensure that the space/time continuum is not ruptured into a thousand pieces more often than once a turn. It's better for the universe and the DM's sanity that way. Wink

If you do not post your date in your email, the DM team will request you date it before continuing. If it is in a forum post, one of the team will send you a note requesting to date the post asap.

It is also important to respect the time line. If you receive information of a marriage in Turn 3.3. You cannot suddenly inform someone in a letter that you are writing in Turn 3.1 for example.

It is also key that you do not use information received after turns or out of the time line to alter your turn before sending it in. This has become something of an issue in the past and will not be permitted to continue.

There is always a certain amount of give and take in the time line because of the way PBEM's work. It is up to each player to pay attention to their time lines as best they can. the outcome of breaking the time line can be simply inconvenience, or it can bring significant advantage to some of the players at the cost of others.

It's time to bump this thread.

We're seeing a lot of undated emails and people arriving for conversations they could not have been part of unless they can teleport.

Please pay attention to time lines, travel times and when your conversations are occurring. The space time continuum can only take so much abuse. Very Happy

Two days later and we're still seeing time warps and no dates on emails.

Please make a real effort to date your emails and stay in your timeline.

If you don't, the DM team will have to start enforcing this matter and no one wants that.

Another turn, another bump.

Please watch your timelines. A letter sent in 3.1 cannot get across the empire and an answer received back in less than a few weeks. It is simply not possible. Anuire does not have email or Fed Ex.

Timeline issues are appearing again and will be dealt with by the DM team as they are identified.
