T3.1.1
Town of Nietier
Province of Nietier
Boeruine
3rd of Sarimiere, 552MR

The undead hordes tear down the guardhouses used by the local militias and even one of the shrines of the Hidden Temple, dragging the two priests out into the street and ripping them apart slowly, a clawful at a time, their screams piercing the walls of the houses where the peasants huddle, hoping that the walking dead will not enter their dwellings uninvited.

Later that night, the first of the dwellings is surrounded, the door battered down and the inhabitants torn apart or worse...

T3.3.1
Town of Nietier
Province of Nietier
Boeruine
5th of Roelir, 552MR

Almost fifteen hundred infantry converge on the town of Nietier from both Calant and Redoubt. They storm the town and begin fighting the massed undead, assisted by several clerics of the Hidden Temple. Fighting is street to street, house to house, room to room. Losses mount on both sides, though only the humans seem to care.

Eventually, the clerics' spells are exhausted as are the soldiers and they retreat, though they leave behind many broken skeletons and zombies...or worse.
