General
This and the subsequent webpages are not designed to replace the turn sheets. They are simply a method for submitting the turn information required by the DM in a standard format.
Please do NOT use the back button. If you do, the variables passed from page to page will not always be read correctly and may cause errors and unexpected results. Rather than go back it is safer to start again.
It might be wise to check your turn through thoroughly BEFORE submitting it via the web pages.
Do NOT use || (double pipes) in any text field. Doing so will cause the errors in processing the turn.
Lastly, do NOT enter other peoples turns, without their consent.
Turn
Realm: Please choose your realm from the drop down list. This ensures a standard spelling and naming of the realms.
Turn: Please enter the correct turn number in numeric form.
Email: Confirmation of a successful turn submission will be sent to this address if specified.
Contingencies: If you want to use the same Contingencies as the previous turn, check the box. If not (or if you have modifications to your contingencies) enter them in full in the Contingencies field.
Notes: These are for notes that don't fall into the category of contingencies nor are action specific.
For Example: Stop paying that tyrant Drake Avan vassalage.
Or: My character is using the above actions to send a message to all evil regents working for the Gorgon.
Or: We are picking our noses and saving money and rp. We are lying low…. Very low…
Actions
For technical reasons there is a practical limit of 24 actions per turn.
Month: From the dropdown list select a month.
Type: From the dropdown list select the type of action. In the event of a realm action use Domain for the first action and court for the supporting actions. This is important because only the Domain action is eligible for Regent Domain Modifiers. In the action notes indicate which court actions are supporting the initial domain action.
Action: From the dropdown list choose the specified action. They are grouped into Domain, Court and Character actions.
Base GB & Base RP: Enter the base gold and regency costs for each action.
Extra GB & Extra RP: Enter any additional gold and regency (if any) you wish to spend for each action.
..action notes.. In here enter the details about the action. For example if you're ruling a holding, which holding, if a lieutenant is performing an action, which lieutenant etc...
Buttons
submit and create new action Pretty much what it says, it submits(saves) the values on the page and creates a new action.
submit only Like the previous button this submits(saves) the values on the page, it does not however generate a new action.
delete previous action Deletes the last action entered.
send to derek Sends the turn to Derek and a copy to the email address entered. It also prints out a copy of the formatted output to the screen.
